4. Do you accept insurance?
At this time, we operate as a private-pay service and do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide documentation that you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
5. What kind of lab testing do you offer?
We provide mobile phlebotomy services for wellness panels, routine blood work, and STI testing. We also offer DOT and non-DOT drug testing for individuals and employers.
6. Do you perform drug testing for companies and pre-employment?
Yes! We work with both individuals and organizations to provide on-site drug testing, including post-accident, return-to-duty, and random testing for DOT compliance.
7. What’s included in the hand and foot nail care service?
Our nursing-based nail care includes trimming, filing, and hygienic cleaning of the hands and feet—especially for seniors and individuals with diabetes or limited mobility. This is a wellness service, not a cosmetic treatment.
8. How should I prepare for my appointment
After booking, you’ll receive instructions specific to the service you’re scheduled for. For lab draws, drink plenty of water beforehand unless fasting is required. For nail care, simply ensure the area is clean and accessible.
9. Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes. We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance for health serviced and 72 hours for Our care service packages. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
